A trailer camp shall be so arranged that all units shall face or abut on a driveway of not less than sixteen (16') feet in width, giving easy access from all units to a public street. Such driveway shall be maintained in good condition and shall not be obstructed. No trailer coach or appendage thereto, such as awnings, shall be located within five (5') feet of the unit sideline or the property line, nor shall it be located within twenty (20') feet of any building or structure.
