§ 8-13.2. Authorization; Obedience; Defacing.

    No person, public utility or any department of this City shall erect or place any temporary barrier or sign on any street in the City unless of a type first approved by the Public Works Director and unless the placing of such a barrier or sign is authorized or required by any ordinance of the City or by the Public Works Director or the Superintendent of Streets for the protection of traffic.

    b.

    It shall be unlawful for any person to disobey the instructions of any such barrier or sign approved, authorized or required as above provided and erected or placed in any street by any person, public utility or department of this City.

    c.

    Any person who shall deface, injure, knock down or remove any barrier or sign placed or erected as provided in this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
