§ 8-19.2. Driving on Car Tracks.

It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle proceeding upon any street car tracks or railroad track, in front of a street car or train, to fail to remove the vehicle from the tracks as soon as practicable after signal from the operator of the street car or train.
