§ 8-19.4. Motor Vehicles on Private Property.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or leave standing any vehicle over or across any private road or driveway without the express or implied permission of the owner, or to drive or leave standing any vehicle on, over or across any other private property without the express permission of the owner thereof.
