§ 8-27.3. Transit Stops.

The Public Works Director is authorized to approve locations of transit stops within the City limits including the displacement of up to three parking spaces. The Public Works Director may elect to refer the issue to the Transportation Commission to seek its recommendation. The Public Works Director shall cause to be installed and maintained signage or red curb designating the transit stops.
