§ 8-28.1. Placing Torpedoes on Track Forbidden.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place torpedoes or anything of a similar character on railroad tracks so that they may be exploded by the passage of trains.

The provisions of this subsection shall not apply to the use of explosives for signal purposes by persons in charge of railroad trains.
