§ 8-28.2. Trespassing Upon Cars, Etc.

It shall be unlawful for any person, not a passenger or employee of or thereunto authorized by person operating any railroad car, locomotive or train within the City to enter or attempt to enter into or upon such railroad car, locomotive or train.
