§ 8-28.3. When Operation Prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any locomotive upon any railroad track in that part of the City hereinafter described between the hours of 11:00 p.m. of any day and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, except in cases of emergency, and, in case of emergency, only with the prior approval of the City Manager or any City officer designated by him/her.

    The territory within which the provisions of this subsection apply is that portion of the City bounded on the north by Pacific Avenue, on the west by Webster Street, on the south by the southerly lines of Central and Encinal Avenues, and on the east by Versailles Avenue.
