§ 8-28.4. Shelter Stations to be Provided.

Every person or rail company, operating passenger trains or maintaining a passenger train service within the City, and having regular stations or stopping places for entraining or detraining passengers, shall erect and maintain or otherwise provide a shed or other suitable structure at the stations for the shelter and protection of persons waiting to entrain thereat whenever, in the opinion of the City Council, public interest and convenience require the same.
