§ 8-29.27. Standards and Enforcement.

a.

General . It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of, or fail to comply with, any of the requirements of this section. Any person violating or failing to comply with this section shall be guilty of an infraction punishable by fine. Fines shall be payable to the TSM Fund.

b.

Each person in violation of the section or responsible for a violation of the section shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day during which the section is violated or permitted to be violated.
