§ 8-2.8. Yield Signs.

Unless otherwise specifically provided by the California Vehicle Code, the yield signs required in this section shall be erected at a height of not less than four (4') feet nor more than ten (10') feet from the ground, and shall carry the message "Yield Right-of-Way" with letters of the word "yield" at least six (6") inches in height, and shall otherwise conform to the specifications as set forth in the State of California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways. The sign shall be placed on the right hand side of the street or highway at the entrance thereof into such street or highway to which the right-of-way is yielded.
