§ 8-4.1. Delineation of Marked Intersections.

The Public Works Director is hereby authorized, whenever a traffic engineering study or engineering standards indicates that for a particular intersection, markers or striping be placed to facilitate traffic movements, to cause to be installed and maintained delineations.
