§ 10-6.2. Completion of Trip.

It shall be unlawful for any driver of any motorbus in the City who has received a passenger for any announced or agreed trip, except for reasons beyond the control of the owner or driver, to fail to complete the trip with all reasonable dispatch and without any extra payment of fare, or to fail, refuse or neglect to operate such motorbus between the terminal and over the entire route specified in the permit granted to so operate.
