§ 11-4.16. Parks, Playgrounds and Schools.*

No person shall ride or operate a bicycle upon any playground, park or school ground, where children are playing, without permission of the person having supervision thereof; provided, further, that if bicycle paths are available in such an area the bicyclist may ride a bicycle upon the path.
