§ 11-6.1. License Required.

All persons engaged in operating a bicycle rental agency for the purpose of renting or lending bicycles to patrons shall first obtain a license for each bicycle so used by paying therefore the regular license fee. Licenses thus obtained by bicycle rental agencies shall not be transferred from one (1) bicycle to another.
