§ 11-8.1. Public Auction.

Latest version.

All abandoned bicycles and unidentified bicycles remaining in the hands of the Chief of Police may, at the end of three (3) months, be sold at public auction or retained for public use in the manner provided for in Section 2-63 of this Code for the disposition and sale of other lost and unclaimed property.
