§ 11-9.2. Bicycle Court.

  • The Chief of Police shall have the authority to organize a bicycle citation hearing, called Bicycle Court. Where this chapter has been violated by juveniles under the age of eighteen (18) years, and in lieu of other action taken by the City, such violators may be cited into Bicycle Court. They will be arraigned, allowed to plea, and will be judged in the Court. If found guilty of the violation they may be given such sentence as the Chief of Police may approve.
