§ 12-4.18. Use of City Employee Lots as Public Parking During Non-Business Hours.

  • Any parking lot owned or leased by the City for purpose of employee parking may be designated as a public parking lot during non-business hours by the City Manager. Any such parking lot shall have its hours of operation along with any restrictions on public use posted in a visible location within the parking lot. Such designation may be for a temporary period and shall be revocable at the discretion of the City Manager.
