§ 12-13.9. Parallel or Diagonal Parking.

When a parking space in any public off-street parking lot is designed as parallel parking space, any vehicle parked or standing in such parking space shall be parked or shall stand so that the foremost part of the vehicle shall be within the marked parking space.
