§ 13-80.10. Earthquake-Actuated Gas Shutoff Valve.

Within sixty (60) days of the date of service of the notice of inclusion on the Inventory of Potentially Hazardous Soft-Story Buildings, the owner of each building on the Inventory of Potentially Hazardous Soft-Story Buildings shall install an earthquake-actuated gas shutoff valve certified by the State Architect as conforming to California Referenced Standard 12-16-1 contained in the 2007 California Referenced Standard Code.
