§ 19-2.3. Form of Permit.

Every permit shall set forth (a) the number and general character of wires, cables, pipes and conduits, permitted; (b) the point from which and the point to which the same may be placed, laid, strung, constructed or maintained, and the general route to be followed; (c) the persons, firms, or corporations who alone may use the electric energy passing through the wires, cables, pipes or conduits; (d) a description of the land upon which the electric energy may be used, and (e) the duration of the permission.
