§ 18-1.1. Prohibition of Discharges into Sewer.

No person shall cause or permit to be caused any discharge, whether liquid or solid, into any pipe, cleanout, manhole, pumping station or other appurtenance which conveys sanitary sewage, except those discharges which are allowed by the most recent adoption of the Wastewater Control Ordinance (Ordinance No. 311) of the East Bay Municipal Utility District.
