§ 22-1.1. Power to Close Streets.

The City Manager is hereby empowered to have portions of certain streets closed to vehicular traffic temporarily at the time of extraordinary traffic congestion or for other reasonable causes. The City Manager may elect to have the issue heard by the Technical Transportation Team.
