§ 26-16.1. Priority of Liens.

The lien of any assessments levied or bonds issued under this code or any law referred to herein shall be subordinate to all special assessment liens and the lien of the bonds previously imposed upon the same property, but shall have priority over all such liens subsequently imposed upon the same property.
