§ 26-1.8. State Affairs.

In the event that any proceeding had pursuant hereto shall be adjudged a State affair it is hereby declared to be the intention that the proceedings were had pursuant to the general law or laws cited in the sections or subsections hereof specified in the resolution of intention therein.
