§ 26-3.2. Improvement.

Incidental expenses , when referring to proceedings for an improvement, shall mean and shall include all expenses necessarily incurred in the proceedings:

a.

For the publication, mailing and posting of resolutions, notices and orders in any of such proceedings,

b.

The compensation of the attorneys,

c.

The compensation of the superintendent of work,

d.

The compensation of the engineers,

e.

The estimated cost of preparing the bonds, and

f.

Any other expenses incurred by authority of this chapter or incidental to the completion of the improvement in the manner herein specified.
