§ 27-4.10. Exemptions.

a.

The development impact fee shall not be imposed upon a building permit for remodeling on a parcel that has already paid fees due under this section.

b.

The development impact fee shall not be imposed upon a building permit for the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a new structure on the same site, provided the parcel on which the structure is constructed already paid the fee due under this section.
