§ 8-29.10. Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC).

  • Employers and centers must have an ETC(s) as specified within this section.

    a.

    Employers and centers shall appoint an ETC for each affected work site(s) within the City. An ETC may represent more than one work site and center.

    b.

    ETCs must complete a TSM Committee training curriculum within three (3) months of notification by the City of approved training curriculum availability, or within three (3) months of appointment when appointed after the training is available.

    c.

    The employer or center may apply to the TSM Committee for a waiver from the training requirement of subsection 8-29.10(b) when an ETC has one or more years of experience in trip reduction or equivalent skills.

    d.

    An ETC may also serve as the Employer Program Manager provided that the individual meets the criteria specified in subsection 8-29.1 (Definitions).
